Our ferrets love bedding made by THE FERRET HAMMOCK. Plus, 50% of the profits benefit two local ferret shelters including FerretsFirst.
For individuals who want to have a ferret but are not sure they want to adopt or are worried about medical expenses, fostering a ferret or ferrets is always an option. Many ferrets come into shelters who are not candidates for adoption because they are older, have behavior problems or have a chronic illness. These ferrets are the ones most in need of a stable home.
Fostering allows ferrets to be placed in loving families until permanent families can be found or until their natural life is over. The foster families provide the room, the board, the hugs, and the love while the shelter covers the medical expenses associated with illnesses. If you would be interested in fostering ferrets or discussing this option please contact us.
